This wine is an atypical aligot, hence the choice to sell it under a label of “Vin de France”: exuberant in the nose, with notes of fruit of passion and blackcurrant flower as intense as surprising, It is fat to attack and of good length. The mouth is powerful, expressive. Very aromatic but totally unclassifiable, everything that one does not expect in a Burgundy Aligoté!
To be drunk within 2 – 3 years after bottling.
Serve fresh, but not glazed (ideal: 10 ° -12 ° C). Transfer to carafe (degassing).
To try for a refined aperitif, with a carpaccio of Saint Jacques ….
